At Earthka, each product is lovingly handcrafted. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available for select pin codes with an additional nominal fee, visible at checkout.

International Shipping:
We are happy to offer international shipping!
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays:
Please understand that occasional delays can occur, especially during holidays or due to courier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience!

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
While we take utmost care in packing your order, Earthka is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
